Exchange & Returns

At 9 to Wine, we want every order to feel right. If something doesn’t work for you — wrong size, wrong fit, or something else — our exchange and return process is simple, clear, and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Exchange & Return

To qualify for an exchange or return at 9 to Wine:

      Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery

      Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

      Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Size Exchanges

      We offer size exchanges subject to availability

      One exchange is allowed per order

      If your requested size is out of stock, you may choose a full refund instead

Returns & Refunds

      Returns are accepted for all eligible products

      Once your return is approved and received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

      Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after a quality check

Pickup & Return Shipping

      Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever available

      If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, we may ask you to self-ship the item

      Original shipping charges are non-refundable

      Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

We’re sorry if this happened. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

      Clear photos or a short video of the item

      Your order number

      A brief description of the issue

We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
