Exchange & Returns
At 9 to Wine, we believe shopping should feel effortless and assured. If something doesn’t work for you, our exchange and return process is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair.
Eligibility
- Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible.
Exchanges
- We offer size exchanges, subject to availability.
- One exchange request is allowed per order.
- If the desired size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted for eligible products.
- Once approved and received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality check.
Pickup & Shipping
- Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever serviceable.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, we may request you to self-ship the product.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or video.

- Order number
- Reason for exchange or return
- Supporting images or video (if applicable)
