Exchange & Returns

At 9 to Wine, we believe shopping should feel effortless and assured. If something doesn’t work for you, our exchange and return process is designed to be simple, transparent, and fair.

Eligibility

  • Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible.

Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges, subject to availability.
  • One exchange request is allowed per order.
  • If the desired size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted for eligible products.
  • Once approved and received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality check.

Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever serviceable.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, we may request you to self-ship the product.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or video.
