Exchange & Returns
At 9 to Wine, we want every order to feel right. If something doesn’t work for you — wrong size, wrong fit, or something else — our exchange and return process is simple, clear, and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Exchange & Return
To qualify for an exchange or return at 9 to Wine:
• Requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted
Size Exchanges
• We offer size exchanges subject to availability
• One exchange is allowed per order
• If your requested size is out of stock, you may choose a full refund instead
Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted for all eligible products
• Once your return is approved and received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after a quality check
Pickup & Return Shipping
• Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever available
• If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, we may ask you to self-ship the item
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
We’re sorry if this happened. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Clear photos or a short video of the item
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

• Supporting photos or video (if applicable)
