      Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

      During new launches or sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (India)

      We currently ship across India.

      Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

      Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metro areas.

Shipping Charges

      Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

      Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details.

International Shipping

      9 to Wine is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Undelivered or Returned Shipments

      If an order is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.
